چکیده
Copper-based nanoparticles (Cu NPs) were prepared using methanol plant extract of Polyalthia longifolia roots (PLR) for the first time. The is potential to be as reducing and stabilising agent formation Cu-based nanoparticles. results reduction reaction Cu(II) ions by PLR Cu, CuO2, Cu2O CuO NPs confirmed X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). UV-Vis Spectrophotometer revealed surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak at 420 nm NPs. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis interaction between polyphenols in extracts with average particle size 30 nm. obtained Cu showed highly effective activity against S. aureus, E. coli C. albicans fungi. This finding that are antibacterial biomedical applications.
